Artistic Statement
My work is a profound exploration of the intersection between Mexican cultural tradition and contemporary forms of visual art. Through a visual language where color, texture, and emotion converge, I seek to create pieces that awaken an intimate and reflective connection in the viewer. I work with mixed media techniques, combining acrylic paint, oil, and experimental materials, always striving for a balance between the tangible and the ephemeral. Although my compositions are essentially abstract, they are nourished by ancestral symbols and references, inviting a multidimensional reading that transcends mere aesthetics. Each piece is an act of resistance and memory, a bridge that unites my Mexican identity with the universality of art. My intention is to foster synergies that promote the appreciation of Mexican art on the international stage while contributing to sustainable and social development within my community. As an artist, my purpose is to transcend physical and conceptual borders, bringing my creations to diverse audiences to foster intercultural and emotional dialogues that enrich the contemporary artistic landscape.
